2. Überblick und Rechtsgrundlagen
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit es für den Betrieb dieser Website, für Bestellungen und Anfragen oder aufgrund Ihrer Einwilligung erforderlich ist. Rechtsgrundlagen sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung), lit. b (Vertrag und Vertragsanbahnung), lit. c (rechtliche Pflicht) und lit. f (berechtigtes Interesse). Für das Speichern von Informationen auf Ihrem Gerät und den Zugriff darauf gilt § 25 TDDDG: Technisch notwendige Zugriffe erfolgen ohne Einwilligung, alle anderen nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung.
3. Hosting und Server-Protokolle
Die Website liegt bei ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. Der Anbieter verarbeitet die Daten in unserem Auftrag auf Servern in Deutschland; ein Vertrag über die Auftragsverarbeitung besteht.
Bei jedem Aufruf entstehen Server-Protokolle mit IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufener Seite, zuvor besuchter Seite, Browser, Betriebssystem, übertragener Datenmenge und Statuscode. Wir brauchen sie, um die Website auszuliefern, Angriffe abzuwehren und Fehler zu finden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Protokolle werden gelöscht, sobald sie für diese Zwecke nicht mehr erforderlich sind; die Frist richtet sich nach den Einstellungen unseres Hostingvertrags.
4. Cookies und Einwilligungsverwaltung
Ohne Einwilligung setzen wir nur technisch notwendige Cookies (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG):

5. Reichweitenmessung ohne Cookies (Umami)
Um zu sehen, welche Seiten gelesen werden, nutzen wir Umami Cloud von Umami Software, Inc., 28 Geary St, Suite 650 #243, San Francisco, CA, USA, als Auftragsverarbeiter. Umami setzt keine Cookies und speichert keine IP-Adressen. Erfasst werden aufgerufene Seite, verweisende Seite, Browser, Betriebssystem, Gerätetyp, Bildschirmgröße, Sprache und Land. Die IP-Adresse wird nur für die Messung verwendet; zur Unterscheidung von Besuchen bildet Umami einen Hashwert mit einem Schlüssel, der regelmäßig wechselt. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer datensparsamen Reichweitenmessung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Servern in der EU und in den USA; für Übermittlungen in die USA gelten die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.
6. Google Analytics (nur mit Einwilligung)
Wenn Sie im Cookie-Banner „Statistiken“ zustimmen, laden wir Google Analytics 4 über Google Site Kit. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Vorher wird das Skript nicht geladen; Googles Einwilligungsmodus steht standardmäßig auf „abgelehnt“.
Google Analytics setzt die Cookies _ga und _ga_* (2 Jahre) und erfasst Seitenaufrufe, Verweildauer, Herkunft, Geräte- und Browserdaten sowie den ungefähren Standort. IP-Adressen von Nutzern aus der EU werden laut Google nicht gespeichert, sondern nur zur groben Standortbestimmung verwendet. Die Daten werden höchstens 14 Monate aufbewahrt. Google verarbeitet sie nach den Google Ads Data Processing Terms in unserem Auftrag. Dabei können Daten an Google LLC in den USA übermittelt werden; Google LLC ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert (Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission vom 10. Juli 2023).
Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Sie können sie jederzeit über die Cookie-Einstellungen widerrufen.
7. YouTube-Videos (Zwei-Klick-Lösung)
Die Vorschaubilder der Videos liegen auf unserem Server. Erst wenn Sie ein Video anklicken, lädt der Player im erweiterten Datenschutzmodus von youtube-nocookie.com. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Dabei werden Ihre IP-Adresse und technische Daten an Google übertragen, und YouTube speichert Informationen auf Ihrem Gerät, zum Beispiel im Local Storage, auch schon vor dem Abspielen. Der erweiterte Datenschutzmodus bewirkt laut Google nur, dass das Video Ihre YouTube-Empfehlungen und Werbung außerhalb unserer Website nicht beeinflusst.
Mit dem Klick willigen Sie ein (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Die Einwilligung wird im Cookie-Banner gespeichert und kann dort widerrufen werden. Übermittlungen an Google LLC in den USA stützen sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Shop, Bestellungen und Downloads
Für eine Bestellung verarbeiten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, optional Ihren Namen, bei kostenpflichtigen Bestellungen Ihr Land und, wenn Sie sie angeben, Ihre Rechnungsadresse, bei Zahlung mit PayPal zusätzlich Name und Adresse des Zahlers, die bestellten Produkte, Zahlungsart, Zeitpunkt und Ihre IP-Adresse. Das Land brauchen wir für die steuerliche Einordnung des Verkaufs, die Rechnungsadresse nur für Ihre Rechnung. Ohne E-Mail-Adresse können wir keinen Vertrag schließen, weil wir die Download-Links per E-Mail senden. Ihre Zustimmung zum vorzeitigen Beginn der Vertragserfüllung und die Bestätigung, dass Sie damit Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, speichern wir mit der Bestellung als Nachweis.
Bei jedem Download speichern wir Zeitpunkt, Datei und IP-Adresse. So belegen wir die Bereitstellung, erkennen Missbrauch geteilter Links und zählen das Download-Limit.
Rechtsgrundlagen sind Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten (lit. c) und unser Interesse an Missbrauchsschutz (lit. f). Buchungsbelege bewahren wir 8 Jahre auf, Handels- und Geschäftsbriefe 6 Jahre und Jahresabschlüsse sowie Bücher 10 Jahre (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
Ein Kundenkonto ist freiwillig. Wenn Sie eines anlegen, speichern wir Ihre Anmeldedaten und die Bestellhistorie, bis Sie das Konto löschen lassen; Bestelldaten mit Aufbewahrungspflicht bleiben bis zum Ende der Frist gespeichert.
Nur wenn Sie im Cookie-Banner „Marketing“ zustimmen, speichert WooCommerce, über welche Seite oder Kampagne Sie zu uns kamen (Bestellzuordnung). Dafür setzt es Cookies mit dem Präfix sbjs_ (bis zum Ende der Sitzung, sbjs_session 30 Minuten) und legt die Herkunft bei der Bestellung ab. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
9. Zahlung mit PayPal und Karte (Stripe)
Bei Zahlung mit PayPal übermitteln wir Bestellnummer, Betrag, Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Land an PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxemburg. PayPal verarbeitet die Daten als eigener Verantwortlicher. Auf der Kassenseite lädt PayPal seine Skripte, darunter „FraudNet“ zur Betrugsprävention. Es übermittelt Browser- und Gerätedaten wie Browser, Betriebssystem, Sprache, Bildschirmgröße, Zeitzone und Verbindungsart direkt an PayPal.
Wählen Sie „Später bezahlen“, prüft PayPal selbst Ihre Bonität, unter anderem über Auskunfteien wie die SCHUFA. Wir erhalten davon nur das Ergebnis der Zahlung. Bei Zahlung per Karte übermitteln wir Bestellnummer, Betrag, Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Land an Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Irland. Ihre Kartendaten geben Sie direkt in ein Eingabefeld von Stripe ein, sie erreichen unseren Server nicht. Stripe lädt seine Skripte nur auf der Kassenseite und erfasst dort zur Betrugsprävention Browser- und Gerätedaten. Stripe verarbeitet die Daten für die Zahlung und als eigener Verantwortlicher für Betrugsprävention und gesetzliche Pflichten, auch bei Stripe, Inc. in den USA. Übermittlungen dorthin stützen sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln. 10. E-Mails und Kontakt
Bestell- und Download-Mails versenden wir über den Mailserver unseres Hosters. Ein Versandprotokoll mit Empfänger, Betreff und Zeitpunkt speichern wir 14 Tage, um Zustellprobleme zu klären.
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail oder über das Kontaktformular schreiben, verarbeiten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihren Namen (freiwillig) und Ihre Nachricht, um die Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bei Fragen zu Bestellungen, sonst lit. f). Das Formular sendet die Nachricht per E-Mail und speichert sie nicht in der Datenbank. Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch speichern wir für eine Stunde einen Hashwert Ihrer IP-Adresse.
E-Mails an unsere Adressen werden an ein Postfach bei Gmail (Google Ireland Limited) weitergeleitet und dort bearbeitet. Übermittlungen an Google LLC in den USA stützen sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Wir löschen Anfragen, wenn sie erledigt sind und keine Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.
11. Einwilligung für E-Mails zu neuen Projekten
Kreuzen Sie im Checkout das freiwillige Kästchen für E-Mails zu neuen Projekten an, speichern wir diese Einwilligung mit Zeitpunkt bei Ihrer Bestellung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Derzeit versenden wir keinen Newsletter. Vor der ersten Mail erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail; erst nach Ihrer Bestätigung schreiben wir Ihnen (Double-Opt-in). Sie können die Einwilligung jederzeit per E-Mail an support@omartronics.com widerrufen.
12. Kommentare
Wenn Sie einen Kommentar schreiben, speichern wir Name, E-Mail-Adresse (wird nicht veröffentlicht), optional Ihre Website, den Kommentar, den Zeitpunkt und Ihre IP-Adresse. Die IP-Adresse brauchen wir, um bei rechtswidrigen Inhalten handeln zu können (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Spamprüfung mit Antispam Bee läuft nur auf unserem Server. Kommentare bleiben gespeichert, bis Sie die Löschung verlangen.

Wir nehmen am Partnerprogramm von Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxemburg, teil. Links mit * sind Partnerlinks. Klicken Sie darauf, erfährt Amazon, dass Sie über unsere Website kamen, und setzt dazu auf amazon.de eigene Cookies. Auf unserer Website erheben wir dafür keine Daten. 14. Sicherheit und Datensicherung
Die Website ist per TLS verschlüsselt. Bei fehlgeschlagenen Anmeldungen am Kundenkonto oder Admin-Bereich speichern wir die IP-Adresse vorübergehend, um Angriffe zu blockieren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Sicherungskopien der Website einschließlich der Bestelldaten erstellen wir regelmäßig und speichern sie bei Google Drive (Google Ireland Limited), um die Website nach einem Ausfall wiederherstellen zu können (lit. f).
15. Links zu sozialen Netzwerken
Wir verlinken auf unsere Profile bei YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, GitHub und Etsy. Das sind einfache Links. Daten fließen erst an den jeweiligen Anbieter, wenn Sie einen Link anklicken.
16. Empfänger und Übermittlung in Drittländer
Empfänger sind die oben genannten Dienstleister. In Länder außerhalb der EU übermitteln wir nur, soweit oben angegeben: an Google LLC auf Grundlage des EU-US Data Privacy Framework und an Umami Software, Inc. auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.
17. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20). Eine Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen (Art. 7 Abs. 3). Schreiben Sie dazu an support@omartronics.com.
Widerspruchsrecht: Verarbeiten wir Daten auf Grundlage eines berechtigten Interesses (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), können Sie aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO).

2. Overview and legal bases
We process personal data only as far as needed to run this website, to handle orders and enquiries, or based on your consent. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract and pre-contractual steps), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interests). Storing information on your device and accessing it is governed by § 25 of the German TDDDG: technically necessary access happens without consent, everything else only with your consent.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes the data on our behalf on servers in Germany; a data processing agreement is in place.
Every request creates server logs with IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser, operating system, amount of data and status code. We need them to deliver the website, fend off attacks and find errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes; the period follows the settings of our hosting contract.
4. Cookies and consent management
Without consent, we only set technically necessary cookies (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG):

5. Cookie-free audience measurement (Umami)
To see which pages are read, we use Umami Cloud by Umami Software, Inc., 28 Geary St, Suite 650 #243, San Francisco, CA, USA, as our processor. Umami sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It records the page viewed, referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and country. The IP address is only used for the measurement; to tell visits apart, Umami computes a hash with a key that changes regularly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing takes place on servers in the EU and in the USA; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Google Analytics (only with consent)
If you accept “Statistics” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before that, the script is not loaded; Google’s consent mode defaults to “denied”.
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (2 years) and records page views, time on page, referral source, device and browser data and approximate location. According to Google, IP addresses of users in the EU are not stored but only used for approximate location. Data is kept for at most 14 months. Google processes it on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023).
The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings.
7. YouTube videos (two-click solution)
The video preview images are stored on our server. Only when you click a video does the player load in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address and technical data are then sent to Google, and YouTube stores information on your device, for example in local storage, even before playback. According to Google, privacy-enhanced mode only ensures that the video does not influence your YouTube recommendations or advertising outside our website.
By clicking, you consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The consent is stored in the cookie banner and can be withdrawn there. Transfers to Google LLC in the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Shop, orders and downloads
For an order, we process your email address, optionally your name, for paid orders your country and, if you enter it, your billing address, for PayPal payments also the payer’s name and address, the products ordered, payment method, time and your IP address. We need the country for the tax treatment of the sale and the billing address only for your invoice. Without an email address we cannot conclude the contract, because we send the download links by email. We store your consent to the early start of performance and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal with the order as proof.
For every download we store the time, the file and the IP address. This documents the provision, helps us detect misuse of shared links and counts the download limit.
The legal bases are performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), statutory retention obligations (c) and our interest in preventing misuse (f). We keep accounting records for 8 years, business correspondence for 6 years and annual accounts and books for 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
A customer account is optional. If you create one, we store your login data and order history until you ask us to delete the account; order data subject to retention obligations stays stored until the period ends.
Only if you accept “Marketing” in the cookie banner does WooCommerce record which page or campaign brought you to us (order attribution). It sets cookies with the prefix sbjs_ (end of session, sbjs_session 30 minutes) and stores the source with the order. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
9. Payment with PayPal and card (Stripe)
If you pay with PayPal, we transfer order number, amount, name, email address and country to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal processes the data as an independent controller. On the checkout page, PayPal loads its scripts, including “FraudNet” for fraud prevention. It sends browser and device data such as browser, operating system, language, screen size, time zone and connection type directly to PayPal.
If you choose “Pay Later”, PayPal itself checks your creditworthiness, among others through credit agencies such as SCHUFA. We only receive the payment result. If you pay by card, we transfer order number, amount, name, email address and country to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. You enter your card details directly into a Stripe input field; they never reach our server. Stripe loads its scripts on the checkout page only and collects browser and device data there for fraud prevention. Stripe processes the data to handle the payment and, as an independent controller, for fraud prevention and legal obligations, also at Stripe, Inc. in the USA. 10. Emails and contact
We send order and download emails through our host’s mail server. A sending log with recipient, subject and time is kept for 14 days to resolve delivery problems.
If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process your email address, your name (optional) and your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about orders, otherwise (f)). The form sends the message by email and does not store it in the database. To prevent misuse, we keep a hash of your IP address for one hour.
Emails to our addresses are forwarded to a Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Limited) and handled there. Transfers to Google LLC in the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete enquiries once they are settled and no retention obligation applies.
11. Consent to emails about new projects
If you tick the optional box for emails about new projects at checkout, we store this consent and its time with your order (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We currently send no newsletter. Before the first email you receive a confirmation email; we only write to you after you confirm (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to support@omartronics.com.
12. Comments
If you post a comment, we store your name, email address (not published), optionally your website, the comment, the time and your IP address. We need the IP address to be able to act against unlawful content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Spam checks with Antispam Bee run only on our server. Comments stay stored until you ask for deletion.
13. Amazon Associates programme
We take part in the affiliate programme of Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Links marked with * are affiliate links. If you click one, Amazon learns that you came from our website and sets its own cookies on amazon.de for this. We collect no data for this on our website. 14. Security and backups
The website is encrypted with TLS. After failed logins to a customer account or the admin area, we temporarily store the IP address to block attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We regularly create backups of the website including order data and store them on Google Drive (Google Ireland Limited) so that we can restore the website after an outage (f).
15. Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, GitHub and Etsy. These are plain links. Data only flows to the respective provider when you click a link.
16. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Recipients are the service providers named above. We only transfer data to countries outside the EU where stated above: to Google LLC based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and to Umami Software, Inc. based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
17. Your rights
