Where every project actually works.
OmArTronics is where I (Omar) publish the engineering projects I build. I’m a mechatronics engineer and researcher, and I put everything here so other people can follow along and build the same things.
Meet Omar
I’m a mechatronics engineer based in Germany. My background is in electrical and mechanical engineering, and I have a master’s in mechatronics. Right now I work as a research associate on robotics and drone systems. I started OmArTronics because I kept finding tutorials that left out the hard parts, and I wanted to do the opposite.
Everything here mixes electronics, programming, 3D design, and control systems into complete builds. I design, wire, code, and test every project myself before publishing it.
Whether you’re wiring up your first LED or getting a robot to fuse sensor data, the idea is the same: you should understand what you’re building, not just follow steps.
Engineering behind every build, not just the steps
Most tutorials tell you what to connect. Here, I try to explain why it works. Each project ties together electronics, mechanics, code, and 3D design as one system. Splitting them apart never made sense to me.
The code is on GitHub, the CAD files are downloadable as STLs, and every tutorial is written for people who want to understand what they’re building.
